At South Point Institute (CBSE), Udaynarayanpur, our library is more than just a room filled with books—it’s a vibrant, well-equipped learning hub where students from Nursery through Class XII build curiosity, expand knowledge, and develop a lifelong love for reading and research.

·         Rich Collection of Resources: Our library houses thousands of books—ranging from age-appropriate picture books for younger students to reference texts, periodicals, newspapers and academic journals for senior students.

·         Comfortable & Conducive Environment: With well-lit reading corners, comfortable seating, large windows and quiet study zones, children enjoy spending time quietly, browsing, researching and reading.

·         Easy Access & Borrowing System: Students are issued library membership cards and can borrow titles. Our librarian assists in recommending books and guiding research tasks.

·         Reading Culture & Enrichment Activities: Regular book-theme weeks, reading challenges, quiz-based sessions and library clubs foster curiosity, creativity and critical thinking.

·         Location for Individual & Group Study: Whether a student needs quiet space to study alone or work collaboratively in a small group, our library provides flexible zones for both.

 Library rules

1)Book will be issued once a week.

2)While taking a book, if any defect is notified it should be brought to the notice of the teacher.

3)Books lost or damaged must be replaced by the borrower.

4)Students cannot share issued library book with each-other.

5)Students are not allowed to keep any books issued from the library longer than 2 weeks without permission.If the student fails to do so a fine of rupees 1/- per day will be charged.

6)Before taking a new book each student should return the old book and record it in the register.
